TicHandle fittings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are covered by a warranty for your peace of mind. We are committed to the durability and flawless performance of our products, subject to the following conditions:
Items covered by warranty:
- Brass and Zamak handles: All models with a final coating and various colors are covered by a warranty, provided that detergents containing chlorine or acid are not used in their cleaning.
- Aluminum entrance and cabinet handles: These products with a static final coating are covered by the Tik Handle warranty if washing instructions are followed.
- Aluminum room handles: These handles are covered by warranty if they are not washed with corrosive chemicals.
- All Iranian locks and cylinders: The performance of these products is certified and comes with a quality guarantee.
Items not covered by warranty:
- Imported products
- Products washed with acidic or chlorinated detergents
- General hardware parts such as screws, washers, springs, square nuts, and other standard fittings
- Any intentional or unintentional destruction or breakage
- Improper installation or improper use of the product
