The Shahr Aftab Kish Project is a large residential and commercial complex on Kish Island, consisting of several towers and diverse apartment units. The project covers an area of 125,000 square meters and is being developed in three residential phases with 2,500 apartment units across 22 towers. Phases one and two are currently operational, while the fourth phase includes a commercial, administrative, and service complex. The project is designed to create a “health city” equipped with recreational, sports, and commercial facilities for both residents and visitors of Kish.
