The International Conference Center of Isfahan, designed as a multipurpose complex, commenced operations in 2010 with the goal of hosting the Non-Aligned Movement Summit in Iran. It is situated on a 71-hectare site in the eastern part of the metropolitan area of Isfahan, covering a floor area of 425,000 square meters. The main hall of this center has a capacity of 2,400 people. The design of the Isfahan International Conference Center reflects the famous phrase "Isfahan, half of the world," symbolized by its hemispherical shape representing half of the world. The distinctive architecture of Isfahan, including the interior ceiling inspired by the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, has been incorporated into this building.
