The Kish Dream Project is designed and initiated on an 82,113 square meter plot of land on the Marjan Beach of Kish Island. This project comprises two sections: villas and residential towers. The villa section, with a floor area of 25,000 square meters, includes 162 units in 27 four-story blocks, completed and handed over to buyers in 2013. The tower section, with a floor area of 98,500 square meters, includes 655 units in five 18-story towers, which are currently under construction. In addition to the residential units, the Kish Dream residential towers feature 36,000 square meters of landscaping and green spaces, an underground parking garage, and a sports complex that includes a swimming pool and a gym.
